How much does a lesson cost?

I've never touched a piano. Can I really start?

Yes — Piano for Relax is built for absolute beginners of any age. We start exactly where you are. The first session focuses on posture and your favourite piece, not scales.

Question 4

How young can children start?

The Little Pianist course welcomes children from about 3½ years old. We use songs, games, and simple English vocabulary so the first piano experience feels like play, not pressure.

Can I choose online and in-person lessons?

Yes — mix and match freely. Live online lessons run on Google Meets with the same Kru Pont attention, plus our browser-based AI posture coach watching alongside. Onsite classes meet at our Nonthaburi studio, and VOD is coming soon.

Do you prepare students for Trinity grade exams?

Yes — the Grade Up Piano track follows the Trinity College London graded piano syllabus. Foundations, technique, and exam pieces, paced to each student.

What language are lessons in?

Lessons are available in Thai and English. Kru Pont mixes both naturally — children pick up music vocabulary in English while staying comfortable in Thai.

How do I book a class?

How long is each class, and what does the schedule look like?

Each class runs 55–60 minutes. Kru Pont takes students seven days a week, morning through evening, both Onsite and Online. Available slots are shown when you book online, or message Kru Pont on LINE for any time that isn't listed.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?

Message Kru Pont on LINE at least 24 hours in advance and she'll find a new time for you. Classes within a package don't expire — reschedule whenever you need to.

Do I need a piano or keyboard at home before starting?

Accepted Answer

Not right away. Onsite students use the studio's Yamaha upright. Online students need at least a 61-key digital keyboard with touch sensitivity — if you don't have one yet, Kru Pont will recommend a model that fits your budget and level.

How long before I can actually play a piece?

Most students play the opening phrase of a favourite song within the first 1–2 lessons. A complete piece usually comes within 1–3 months, depending on the song's complexity and how consistently you practice at home.

Is there a maximum age for learning piano?

Accepted Answer

No maximum age. Kru Pont teaches students from working professionals to retirees. Adults often learn more efficiently in some ways — they know exactly what music they want to play, and their motivation is intrinsic rather than parent-driven.

Can I reach the studio by train? Which station?

Yes — take the MRT Purple Line to Yaek Tiwanon station, then a short motorbike taxi or walk to Baan Baojai Café, Soi Krungthepnon 13. Free parking is available in front of the café for drivers.

How do I pay? What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Payment is by PromptPay (089-882-7128) or bank transfer to Kasikorn Bank account 018-8-80615-5 (Ms. Benya Mahawong). No extra fees. Send a transfer slip to Kru Pont on LINE before your first class.
